I did an amazing wedding this weekend at the Arrowwood resort in Alexandria mn and I am starting to go through them but I thought i would give a sneak peak - just because I am so excited about the images from this wedding!!!!!

This wedding was so sweet. They had a very traditional catholic ceremony with the not so traditional pig roast for a reception - so much fun! I really enjoyed the day and we had so much beautiful sunshine! Here are my favorites I wont be long winded because I think the photos really tell the story of this couples magical day.

Here is where the bad ass wedding party starts - they are avid sportsman and sportswomen so this is were things got a bit unique, bring on the big guns :)

DANCING!!! The DJ was so fun - he started off by playing elmo and other fun stuff for the kids - the kids had tons of fun!

Engagement session at Carlos Creek Winery

This is the first post of two. I just started going through images from this saturdays session but I just could not wait to put some images up! How much better could it get - I spent the day with the most fantastic and good looking couple and we went to the most fantastic places. Our stops included the Carlos Creek winery, A sculpture garden, and abandoned house, and a cattle tunnel!!! How fun!!!

Joel and Melissa married at the Riverwood Inn in Otsego MN

The Riverview Inn was a fantastic location for both the wedding and reception. Melissa and Joel were just fantastic and I enjoyed there day! Here are some of my favorites from the day. The only bump in the road was a bit of rain that decided to make an appearance right when the outdoor ceremony was about to begin. But we waited it out and everything went perfectly. A bit of rain on a wedding day just means good luck anyways...right? :)

Family time with the "Pals" family

We had a fantastic day for a photography get together at the Pals family home. Everyone was wonderful and I enjoyed this shoot very much - Here are my favorites from the day. Much thanks to this whole family for the opportunity to photograph all of you!

Wedding at the Great Lakes Aquarium, Duluth MN

I am so behind - I am sorry to all who check here, I will get more on top of things :) Sometimes life gets to moving at a pace that is insane! between all the photography gigs and the 2 kiddos, working the day job and re-vamping the old farm house. I did a fabulous wedding at the Great lake Aquarium a couple weeks ago and enjoyed it so much - it was such a unique and fun place to photograph a wedding at. And the guests all seemed to enjoy the location so much, the wedding was beautiful the reception was fun and the food terrific, everyone loved being able to enjoy the aquarium between the events. Such a fun idea! So here are a few from the day and I will be posting more very soon from my last 2 weekends of work.
